Display of flow rate and totalized value in multiple units.

  • Power Supply: 90 Vac to 265 Vac, 50/60Hz
  • Accuracy: ± 0.5% of flow rate
  • Outputs: 4-20 mA, pulse, frequency, relay.
  • Local Display: 16x2 LCD Alphanumeric
  • Flow Range: 0.5m/s to 10m/s
  • Minimum Conductivity: 5 µS/cm (Micro Siemens/centimeter)
  • Ambient temperature: -20 to 60° C
  • Process temperature: up to 80° C; Optional: up to 150° C
  • Lining: PTFE, Rubber
  • Electrodes: SS 316,Hastalloy 'C', Titanium, Monel and Pt- Rh

Protection: IP67; Optional: IP 68

Typical applications of our magnetic flow meters are monitoring of fluids, filling, dosing and precise measurement in custody transfer

Media:-

  • Liquids – Potable Water, Raw Water, Chilled Water, Beverages, Juices
  • Corrosive Liquids – Acids, Alkalis, Chemical Solutions

Slurries & Pastes – Coal slurry, Sugar Syrup, Effluents, Sewage, MolassesThe electromagnetic flow meter works on the principle of Faraday's law of Electromagnetic Induction. A magnetic field is generated by the instrument in the flow tube. The fluid flowing through this magnetic field generates a voltage that is proportional to the flow velocity. This voltage is measured by the electronics and a corresponding output provided.
