Return & Refund Policy

At IndustryBaba.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, accessories, and manuals (if any).

  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These include custom-built products, made-to-order items, and products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@industrybaba.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the product (in case of damage/defect)

  3. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.


3. Return Pickup

We will arrange a reverse pickup in serviceable locations. In case reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. We reserve the right to approve or reject a return based on the condition of the product. You will be notified of the decision within 2–4 business days of receipt.


5. Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. If you paid via:

  • UPI / Net Banking / Debit or Credit Card – amount will be credited to the original account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – refund will be issued via bank transfer; we will request your bank details for this.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).


6. Replacements & Exchanges

In case of a damaged or defective product, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, subject to stock availability, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not available.

To request a replacement, please follow the same return process outlined above.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the item.


8. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or documentation

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
